Pricing Policy

The Rent shown for each unit below is the Base Monthly Rent price you will pay, and includes water, sewer, heating, trash and pest control.
Electricity is individually metered and directly billed by the utility provider.
Internet, cable TV and phone are available and billed by the providers.
Renter’s Insurance is required and available from various insurance companies. Cost will vary based on the level of coverage, size of unit and insurance provider.
We do not charge other mandatory monthly fees, however, we do charge these optional fees:
Pets require a one-time $300.00 additional security deposit and $35.00 per month pet rent.
